Its crystal-clear robe and fine bubbles reveal a subtle alliance between the fruity freshness of pear and the liveliness of ginger.

On the palate, the attack is delicate and fruity, giving way to a tonic, lightly lemony finish in which the spicy note of ginger entwines harmoniously with the sweetness of pear.
