While not all the myths and legends surrounding Breton buckwheat are true, one thing is certain: Brittany and buckwheat have been intimately linked for centuries.

It was with this in mind that we crafted this vintage, combining apple and buckwheat in the purest tradition. A buckwheat maceration, combined with low-temperature fermentation, was ultimately chosen, offering intense roasted notes.

A dense robe with a rich amber color promises much. An extravagant nose, with buckwheat obviously, but also notes of aromatic herbs and propolis honey.
On the palate, a balance between sweetness and acidity completes the seduction.
