Seven years of work later, Cuvée XVII was born!

Its sublime amber color, its tuberose nose, the initial taste of fresh honeyed apples gradually gives way to chestnut flavors and its hints of undergrowth. There are also the creaminess of the chestnut, and very intense cocoa and floral notes.

Apple origin: Normandy
